KPMG Cricket Day

Each year after busy season, the GDC holds a cricket tournament.  My team was called 22 Foots.  We finished 2nd in the Tournament.  I was a natural out there scoring 4 runs and making 3 outs in the field.

Royal Challengers Bangalore

Last night Julie and I went to our first cricket match, Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Mumbai Indians. It was opening night for RCB and they won 156/5 to 154/5.  Chris Gayle, a Jamaican batsman, quickly became our favorite player.  He had 92 runs last night.  He had five 6s (over the boundary in the air) and eleven 4s (over the boundary on the ground).  We quickly became cricket enthusiasts and can't wait for the next match.
